Guests can sample an eclectic array of Thai, Japanese and Chinese food prepared in an open kitchen at Harlequin's Asian fusion restaurant.
Inspired by the elements and making use of natural materials, Ginger & Co has been designed to create a calming ambience. The walls will have horizontal bands of white-washed wood with accent cove lighting to provide a backdrop for feature elements such as Balinese stone statues and stunning porcelain butterfly chandeliers. Upholstery will be neutral with accents of mandarin orange and wasabi green. The dining room opens onto a terrace with further dining tables enjoying views over the lagoon.
The glass-enclosed wok kitchen is central to the restaurant and provides a great focal point, surrounded by raised booths and separated by uplit stands of bamboo. The bar top is a resin coated artwork of swirling colourful Asian tattoo designs depicting koi fish, waves and other traditional motifs. This theme continues into the stylish restrooms which will have cherry blossom wall tiles and vessel sinks with unique ceiling mounted water faucets.
